Update on Second Flip

Hello fellow BiggerPockets members, its been a little wile sense last time I was on here. Just wanted to thank everybody for their input last time and give an update . My flip is almost dune, it should be hitting the market in next couple day. We stayed on budget give or take a thousand dollars or so. We bought for $85500 put around $20000 in repairs and listing it for $165000 its a three bedroom one bath in Ellington Ct. If anyone is looking in that area let me know.
