@Peter Cinetti Very nice website. But the the only explanation it gives is that you are very expensive. You seem to be the same business model as OZ and PANTHER. The photos are nice but are not anything I  am looking for.  I am renovating rentals.  Thank you for your time

@Jeff B. thank you so much for your resonse. I agree with you on spending a ton a money only to get pennies off my insurance premiums....frustrating

@Corina Eufinger Thank you for taking the time to respond to my cries for help.. These insurance companies have some business, they never lose. No matter where you go its a losing battle.

My policy seems to just keep going up with never ever putting in a claim.  Im shopping around but im not getting anywhere.  Replacement cost in my area is $200 square foot which is making it hard to get a good policy rate.
I have an alarm, cameras, fire alarms, etc. pretty much everything that will give me a discount, but still insurance is very high.  Any suggestions out there on whati can do

Im reaching out to my fellow investors for help. Is there anyone out there who has done a cost segregation on long island. If so who did you use, what did it cost, how long did it take, etc...Im planning a large renovation, should i wait to have the cost segregation done or go ahead an renovate  or does it not matter.. Has anyone done it on a two family rental property or just commerical use.

@Steve Bracero currently i use the same things @Matt Faix does. Im thinking of changing. Im hoping to fine my business alittle. Just touching base with fellow and investors so i that i can employ best practices in all areas of my business.
