Hey @Jeff White - Chris is right, give me a call and we can run through some options.  you do need at least 25% equity and 6 months reserves, but based on what I know about your scenario, it certainly makes sense to review it.  Look forward to hearing from you!

Denver is a thriving market; there is still money to be made. Every investor looks at Cash Flow for ROI. What about all the other ways to make money in real estate? Appreciation. Houses are expensive in the Denver area.  Another factor to consider is the average appreciation the Denver area has seen over the last 40 years.  Six percent!  That's double inflation!  A great place to continue gaining knowledge is attending a class taught by @Chris Lopez.
