My First Deal, Bad credit. But obsessed for success, BRRRR

Hi, my name is Tariq Hakeem. I live in Denver Colorado, I have been studying and reading RE books for 9.5 months, any pointers on best ways to get skin in the game. I have read about the BRRRR process and it is very intriguing, it is just pretty tough because the Denver market is super expensive. I do not come from a family with lots of money but I have become obsessed with furthering my education in real estate so I can reduce the chance of risk and become successful at the amazing game of real estate. Please let me know any pointers, recommended books, or free programs that may assist with my learning curve.

@Tariq Hakeem if you have spent 9.5 months learning it's time to take some action. I seriously doubt more head knowledge will move your forward. You need to do something. Figure out what you can afford then start working to get a property.
