Hi Matt, sorry...I'm still trying to understand this interface I hope this is working.  We are working on a property near Port Orchard and had the property pre screen by a certified septic planner to make sure that it could handle a septic system.  Of course the county came back and rejected our plan after initially approving us.  We now have gone through three different certified septic planners and all plans have been rejected and we are pretty much out of options.  Trying to think creatively at the moment and running into a brick wall.

We have a variety of long and short term rentals in and near Seattle, WA.  We have hit a few snags with one of our newest projects thanks to the Kitsap Dept of Health and we are looking for some creative solutions and ran across Bigger Pockets.  Hopefully we will have something new to add to the discussion.
