I am looking to find buyers for my property that I am selling for 19K. Its hard to find cash buyers. Is there a place that you would recommend to find them?

Yes I stay in Athens Ga, but investing has no boundaries. First thing is get in the community of Real Estate investing. It is a language that you will have to learn, and you won't learn it from those that are now speaking fluently. If that makes sense lol. Good luck with your start, everyday is a journey learn what you can.

What is your expectations from the company that you decide to go with? 

That is a great question! A lot of lenders are going away from the manufactured houses. I would say to go to your local bank/credit union would be the best solution. Otherwise you would have to get financing on a brand new one and not one in place.
