Are there any real estate investor clubs other than the one that meets once a month at the Hometown Buffet on Snow Rd? Unfortunately, I cannot attend those meetings.

Dan, I am trying to estimate the repair costs so that I can give the end buyers a fair wholesale price.

I imagine most of them will have crews they use on a regular basis and because of this they receive tremendous discounts. I am just trying to be in the ballpark on the repairs so that I can figure them into the price that I list the house at while wholesaling.

I am trying to find a website that will allow me to pull comps.

I received comps from a realtor and then I went on trulia.com and pulled some for myself, however I could only find 3.

The realtor sent me 15.

I pulled the comps in the same area as the realtor. The 3 comps I pulled were not listed on the realtor's list.

Does anyone have a reliable national site that I can pull comps from?
