I am wondering two questions that investors in Cleveland may be able to answer for me.

Where on the east side of Cleveland, east side suburbs included should I purchase to wholesale?

Are there any real estate investor clubs other than the one that meets once a month at the Hometown Buffet on Snow Rd? Unfortunately, I cannot attend those meetings.
