Thank you for the information about the per lead cost. I was not told by the sales rep that there is an option for per lead purchases. He has now called me about 3 times trying to close the sale. I have not spoken to him since reading about the per lead cost.

The difference in the subscription cost according to the rep is the unlimited use of the service. I am still investigating my options.

Thanks again for the heads up.

If you were just starting out as a wholesaler which vertical would you concentrate on for purchasing?

Would it be REOs, probate, absentee owners, foreclosures, short sales, something I have not listed or a combination.

Thank You :D

Hi Mike,

I asked a similar question a few days ago and I was told List Source and Melissa Data. I called List Source and they offer absentee owner search, foreclosure, etc. For my county to pull unlimited leads it will cost me $125 a month. I am in a pretty large county.

I hope that helps.

The rep from List Source told me it would cost $125 a month for me to get leads for my county. He said I could search foreclosures, comps and absentee owners by zip code which is great.

He said there are about 130 search criteria for me to choose from. I asked if he could tell me more. He is new and cannot. I asked if he had anything in writing with the list of searches that I could perform he said no. I asked about a free trial he said no.

Can you please tell me what you use List Source for other than what I listed above.

Thank You

Thank you for the responses. I do not have properties in mind. How would you suggest I search my county's tax records. They ask a name, prop addy etc.

Thank You

Hello,

Can someone please share with me how you find absentee owners or owners that do not live in the city and or state where their property is located.

I would like to start mailing once a week to absentee owners and probate executors.

Thank You

Thank you Joshua, I will do what you suggested.
