Happy Superbowl Sunday, Go Chiefs!

Has anyone had RECENT exposure or experience with the New Wealth Advisors club in Riverside CA?

In theory it sounds neat to have a clubhouse to hang out with other investors at various events (minus covid).

There are mixed reviews across various platforms, either raving about how great/life changing the club is OR that it is a mlm spin off/scam.

I have done a few deals over the years but none in my area.

The idea of meeting other folks to partner with is appealing but I want to make sure to do my due diligence.

It is my understanding that the founder Dave has passed and the club is run by co founder/his wife, family, and a handful of other partners.

Any insight would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

Not always the case. I bought a single family for 10k, put a little in for renovation, and it rents for 595 per month.

Also, always get three bids minimum! Negotiate and leverage the bids against eachother, be comfortable negotiating! Reach out to me any time, only 3% of women are in the REI space so we need you and to lean on eachother! While my husband is on deed most of my REI biz I handle solo.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience but knock off the self depreciating comments about yourself, respectfully.

You are out there, doing, learning... take this on the chin and move on. Learn to stand tall, do your research, and develop a strategic plan. Regardless of industry tough lessons are going to come up so you choose how you want to work through it. You ARE CAPABLE and you can do this! Best to you :)
