Hi BP I am looking it to buy a SF from the MLS, com the picture I have seen it looks like the current owner have started a major renovation on it and then stopped, not sure what the reason is for this is. My question will this be a problem for me to get a loan etc, the house is currently empty.

Hi, There we are looking in to buy a 2nd cabin as an investment. We currently have one that is listed on VRbO etc. How much cashflow would you like too see from it to make its a good deal? If the cashflow is about the same for a vacation cabin vs SF, what would you prefer? Thanks J
