Renovations stopped - loan
Hi BP
I am looking it to buy a SF from the MLS, com the picture I have seen it looks like the current owner have started a major renovation on it and then stopped, not sure what the reason is for this is.
My question will this be a problem for me to get a loan etc, the house is currently empty.
