In a nutshell, we help you identify, acquire and manage the property. The corridor South of Austin toward San Antonio along I-35 is experiencing tremendous growth and there are brand-new homes with lender incentives that make things very attractive. Property taxes are a lot lower here (sub 2%) than in prime Austin.
