Rental in Austin

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum. I currently own a home in Austin. Would like to get a rental in Texas (pref. Austin). Anyone have any suggestions on which areas around Austin I should look into ? I would like to get one in by mid 2024. Is it possible to get any rental now that will give a net positive cashflow? or, should we buy and wait for that to happen? Thanks!
