Newbie investor, Just joined!

My name is Scott and am learning more and more every day. My goal is to be self-sustainable (or better) within 5 years for myself and my family. That means replacing a 20+ year career with one that I can control and gain benefit from directly. I have a single-family rental in Tulsa and will likely have another in Norman within six months. I want to expand that sustainably and develop some realistic management strategies for geographically separated properties. I look forward to learning more from this site's resources and the community.
