@Ralph Auriemmo that’s obviously an option, but the properties I currently own we’re not purchased as possible short-term rentals. Wrong market, neighborhood, etc.

@Jin Park - unfortunately, I didn't receive any recommendations. When I get really serious about this, I suppose I'll start by asking my current property management company in each market and see where it goes from there.

I have two C-class SFRs in the greater Detroit area. I am currently looking to replace my current Property Management firm and looking for recommendations. Does anyone have first-hand experience with a reputable PM firm that works in SFRs in the Detroit area?

My online research has uncovered 5 firms. Any first-hand experience with any of these companies in Detroit?

Real Property Management Advantage, Ferndale, MI

Real Property Management Metro Detroit, Troy Mi

Level 5 Real Estate, LLC, Eastpointe, MI

     VEOT Property Management, Detroit, MI

Evernest - Detroit, Royal Oak, MI

Your help with this will be greatly appreciated.

--John

I currently own a few single family rentals in different cities throughout the US. In anticipation of a return to travel, I'm interested in short term rentals. Are there any reputable companies offering turnkey short term rental properties in attractive markets?

I have a squatter in one of my SFRs in Detroit. The court date was Monday, but most court actions were cancelled until April. So neither I nor the PM have a legal way to evict the squatter until the courts start back up.

I'm looking at some Turn Key SFR properties in the Detroit area. I make a habit of finding my own independent home inspector, rather than use the inspector suggested by the TK provider. That's where Bigger Pockets comes in. Does anyone know of a skilled, reasonably priced home inspector operating in the Detroit? Thanks in advance for the help.

I'm working on a deal with an Alabama Turn Key provider for a SFR in Montgomery. I'm going to need an independent home inspector that I can use during my due diligence phase. Have any members worked with someone in the Montgomery AL area that they would recommend?

Thanks in advance.
