Turnkey short term rental providers?

I currently own a few single family rentals in different cities throughout the US. In anticipation of a return to travel, I'm interested in short term rentals. Are there any reputable companies offering turnkey short term rental properties in attractive markets?

@Ralph Auriemmo that’s obviously an option, but the properties I currently own we’re not purchased as possible short-term rentals. Wrong market, neighborhood, etc.

@Jin Park, @John McDermon - Have you considered converting your current SFRs into short term rentals as a start?  It's definitely possible depending on the unit.  I am based out of Marietta GA and have been considering partnering up with wholesalers and rehabbers in the area to put together a turnkey solution in this area.

@Jin Park - unfortunately, I didn't receive any recommendations. When I get really serious about this, I suppose I'll start by asking my current property management company in each market and see where it goes from there.

@John McDermon Hi John. Were you able to find a good turnkey provider that has a lot of short term rentals in their inventory? I also have 2 SFH, but my CPA recommended me to look into short term rentals for greater tax advantage if I am looking to continue my W-2 job.
