Property Management in Detroit?

I have two C-class SFRs in the greater Detroit area. I am currently looking to replace my current Property Management firm and looking for recommendations. Does anyone have first-hand experience with a reputable PM firm that works in SFRs in the Detroit area?

My online research has uncovered 5 firms. Any first-hand experience with any of these companies in Detroit?

Real Property Management Advantage, Ferndale, MI

Real Property Management Metro Detroit, Troy Mi

Level 5 Real Estate, LLC, Eastpointe, MI

     VEOT Property Management, Detroit, MI

Evernest - Detroit, Royal Oak, MI

Your help with this will be greatly appreciated.
