@Thomas Brickhouse Hi Thomas, it looks like no one responded to you on here but did you ever find out more about structuring your properties and deals? Would like to know
Chris Garrett they don’t have an app but if you login on your phone and then save the bookmark to your home screen it puts the Cozy icon right on your phone and it acts like an app. Hopefully that helps
Hi Lucas Hall , we just recently started using Cozy to screen tenants. So far it’s really easy to use and we like it a lot. One issue that we came across was when calling on our prospective tenants previous landlords and job verifications, the property managers and business would require us to provide them a letter of release for the information. The only thing that we could find was at the bottom of the online application in our back office is it says that they have given us permission to do so but there was no way for me to send that over other than taking a screenshot and send that over but we were turned down twice. Do you have a solution for us or am I missing something?

Good morning BP! I’m curious about the new tax bill that is being passed right now and how it will effect tax strategies moving forward. I know that there are pros and cons to everything. Do any of you see this as a good thing? Are any of you concerned about how it will effect your strategies now? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks

If you find yourself being limited out by Venmo, there is another app called Cash (green $ logo) that you could use for other tenants. I used it in the past before Venmo and it works great.

Is this meetup planning on happening again?

Do these events happen anymore?

I'm interested in this! Look forward to meeting everyone. Any thoughts on a new date in June?

The looks great! Awesome job. 👍🏻

I'm pretty sure on Realtor.com / Redfin / Zillow if you look up a property and scroll down the page far enough you will see the history of when the house sold and for how much.
