Irrevocable Trust - LLC - Privacy Trust structure

I talked to someone from Inc Authority who told me that the best way to structure a real estate investment business is to form an irrevocable trust at the top level. In that trust you put a LLC for your business operations. Each property that the LLC owns is put in it's own privacy trust.

Has anyone used this structure or have an expert opinion on the viability of such a strategy?
