After 8 years at the 'day job' and 5 years of working in Real Estate on the side, I'm finally going full-time into Real Estate. A lot has changed since I was on BP Podcast 175, including selling one of our apartment complexes, starting a Property Management business, and doing over 60 transactions as a Real Estate agent. Excited to see what will happen now that I'm able to focus on Real Estate full time. Bigger Pockets has been a big driver towards these successes and I'd encourage everyone to stick with it and take advantage of BP. Big things will happen!

@Damir Kamber - I've been keeping an eye on that GM development as well. The Chamblee and Doraville areas seem to be benefiting from the general ITP growth and growth in areas like Brookhaven. Keep an eye on what the DeKalb Co. School Board decides to do in terms of contributing towards that GM development - it could have an impact on the scale and timeline of the project.

Thanks @Pyrrha Rivers, I'm really glad you enjoyed the podcast! I'm not sure when our group's next meetup might be but you never know what @Azeez K. has up his sleeve. At the least, there are other Atlanta BP meetups which have been popping up lately and it would be fun to meet there in person.
