I have the concept of wholesaling. But what questions should I be asking the seller. I have a habit of choking when I ask questions about the house. What are the main questions should I be asking the seller? Do you have like a telephone script where I can get my ideas from?

What do I tell the seller as to why I need 21 days or more to sell? Do I get paid an assigment before or after closing?

When going to the court house for preforeclosure what am I looking for? I never been to the courthouse to get name before. When asking do I ask the clerk I need a preforeclosure. What should I expect?

Hello I'm new to wholesaling. I have read books and went to wholesaling seminars. I have decided that I want to assign contract to investors. Went to a couple of the guru's seminars(free one's) they always tend to leave alot of information out.

The part where I'm confused is contracts. I have never owned a house before so I have never seen a Purchase sale Agreement aside what the seminar guru's gave me. I know I'm suppose to have a Real Estate laywer to look over my contracts but I cant' afford one right now.

How many pages a standard contract should be?

I can't afford a laywer to view over my contract, so is it ok to get my contratcs from Office Depot?

What are the steps of wholesaling once a seller accepts my offer?

Who pays for the closing cost? I was told that either me or the buyer has to pay.

My goal is to rack up as much money from wholesaling to eventually buy and hold a property. I want to pay my debts first.

I want to be a realtor and want to do wholesaling at the same time. I was told that the contract that realtors use are assignable. Is it illegal to both at that same time

Hello I live in Baltimore, md. I'm trying to assign contract to investors. Where can I get a Purchase agreement specially for Baltimore, md. I know for some states Purchase Sale agreement forms are different. I have a contract but I don't think it is for Maryland state. Someone suggested that I go to an attorney. But I know that i don't need one. What should I do?
