Apartment Investors:

We have a nearly completed condo apartment development in Oceanside California and are looking to use crowdfunding to find some equity investors. 

Our project is a 10-unit, mixed-use project that was built green, has an approved condo map on it and will be completed by 2/15/19. It's a luxury development two blocks from the beach that we will either sell as condos or keep as apartments.

After seeing the recent rise in rents we're now seriously thinking of keeping it instead of selling. Since we're almost done with construction this would be pretty easy for us to do.

With that in mind, my questions:

1. What crowdfunding platforms have you used successfully?

2. Are there any apartment lenders you recommend we contact?

Hi all, we need a mez/bridge ($100k-$400k) loan for a construction project here in San Diego. Loan would be in second position to our construction loan. Current loan is approx. $6.2M, finished value is $9.5M. 

Project is a mixed-use development in coastal Oceanside.  We're 80% and need funds to finish the project.   Need the loan for approx. 3-6 months max.

We’re looking for an equity investor to provide short-term capital for our beach condo project in San Diego County (Oceanside). We currently need $200k to finish the project.
