We’re looking for an equity investor to provide short-term capital for our beach condo project in San Diego County (Oceanside). We currently need $200k to finish the project.

1. Project is a ‘green’ luxury 10 condo development with 2 commercial units in the heart of Oceanside, two blocks to the beach.

2. Construction is 80% done with a projected completion date of late July/early August.

3. We have 2 of the 10 units pre-sold.

4. Projected ROI is 15% within 6 months.
