Quote from @Jimmy Ogle:

@Jesse Rodriguez would love to connect. I own a wholesale company and I am also a buy and hold investor and always looking for a deal. We do flips as well but slowing down with these to focus on buy and hold. Let me know if there is anything my team can help you with!

If you are able I also host a monthly Happy Hour on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (next week).

@Connor Ellard It is at Industry Gastro Lounge in NW OKC

Jimmy, where do you host the happy hour at? I'm local to Tulsa area looking to connect. Thanks!

There are a few great wholesalers in OKC however a lot of them do take down their own deals so when they do sell it’s typically to a short list, at least for the great deals. As far as ARVs I would never recommend using the number they are giving. Always always always run your own numbers. I also own a wholesale company and my team is instructed to never give out ARVs because we want the investor to always do their own homework on the deal. There are still a lot of great deals out there. Let me know how I can help.
