Wholesaling in Oklahoma

How's it going?

My wife and I made the commitment to get our debt paid off and get into buy and hold properties so we can enjoy our retirement. Our current plan has the first 2 years or so for getting out of debt and saving cash for down payments, etc. In the mean time I am looking into starting wholesaling properties to bring in more cash and get a foot in the market. If there are any rehab buyers in my area or that buy in my area I would love to talk and learn what you are looking for in a property. If there are any other wholesalers in my area I would love to meet for coffee or lunch one day.

Any tips or information welcome. I have been interested in real estate for a while and done some research but I definitely need to learn more.
