  I 100% agree with you. I feel we use the term mastermind way to flippantly. We are structuring this as an actual mastermind that shares ideas an avenues for growth. We have no desire to charge for the opportunity to connect with likeminded investors/business people and hope to bring value to the local investor community. Pay it forward. 😁

I am curious about your thoughts on what makes a great investor mastermind experience for you. We go to many REI meetups and some formats we like and some we don't. Would you share what mastermind meetup structure you like most? We are creating an investor mastermind group in the Evergreen Colorado area and would like to tap into the BP groups thoughts. Thank you!!!

We are considering using Doorloop property management software and would love to hear any experiences from the BP community. We own our own portfolio with different ownerships and have hired an in house property manager to grow the property management business as well. Currently 30+ doors but goal is to hit near 100 possibly. We use Quickbooks desktop and know that we may need to run these systems separately instead of integrating because we hesitate to move to Quickbooks online due to our accountants recommendation. Any feedback or experiences would be appreciated.

Lost my accountant of 10 years to retirement. Need a new CPA and would love if they own their own rentals. Colorado and Illinois properties, multiple LLC's.

My wife and I own a real estate and property management company in the foothills outside of Denver and are both licensed. Amy and I have been bingeing on macro econ and real estate podcasts for years. Amy turned me on to the Bigger Pockets podcast crew a year ago. GREAT CONTENT! We joined the Bigger Pockets community this year while we were in Florida buying additional single family and STRs to add to the portfolio. Amazing tools for analyzing investment opportunities. We’re back in Colorado and extremely excited about building potential relationships with like-minded investors looking to move to the next level. Team building and developing a network of professionals in the investment community is goal #1. Look forward to hearing from you!!
