My wife and I own a real estate and property management company in the foothills outside of Denver and are both licensed. Amy and I have been bingeing on macro econ and real estate podcasts for years. Amy turned me on to the Bigger Pockets podcast crew a year ago. GREAT CONTENT! We joined the Bigger Pockets community this year while we were in Florida buying additional single family and STRs to add to the portfolio. Amazing tools for analyzing investment opportunities. We’re back in Colorado and extremely excited about building potential relationships with like-minded investors looking to move to the next level.
