Purchasing a home under llc protects from personal liability but requires a 20 percent down payment. My question is there any lending that has a lower down payment but I can still purchase under an llc? It would be better to purchase a few homes with the $$$ I have instead of just one home in my opinion. Any suggestions?

I’m about to close on my first investment property, is renters insurance generally covered by the owner or the tenant? I’ve heard it go both ways but not sure why. Anyone have any suggestions?

So I’m thinking about purchasing land, and doing a new home construction for rental purposes, my questions are….What are some pros and cons of taking this approach? Would this approach be better for multi family instead of a single family home?
