Best Loan Options For Beginner

Purchasing a home under llc protects from personal liability but requires a 20 percent down payment. My question is there any lending that has a lower down payment but I can still purchase under an llc? It would be better to purchase a few homes with the $$$ I have instead of just one home in my opinion. Any suggestions?
