How have the numbers and your opinion changed given the current selloff in the DC market? I’d like to opportunistically invest 

Is the level of selling we’re seeing in line with previous administration changes, or does this have to do with federal workers losing their jobs?

Is now a good time to get into the DC market? If so, what would have the highest yield? Assume I want to do LT rentals.

Thanks @Chad Duncan! I transferred to to a new FA who is a certified CFP so and we started the process, so I'm all set there. I still need a good CPA though!
