Adrian that cost is all in?  I have a couple of GC here in FTL telling me $300 sq ft all day. Just trying to compare pricing.  I’m building out in Joshua Tree now it’s pegged at $300.  Thank you.

I have a question for you, lol.  Do you have a good architect or know one.  I already done with my 1st plan review and need a few tweaks to the plans.  Looking for a Architect to finish this off for me as my guy I used for the plans does not do this part of the process.  Wish he told me prior to this….  Anyway thanks and have a Happy Holiday.  Happy New Year 2022!!!

To be brutally honest the GC I’ve decided to use is so busy I’m hoping he gets my place built within a fair timeline so referring him at this time is a no go until my place gets going.  There so busy they don’t have enough time for all of us. Nice problem to have on their end, lol. If there are other questions just message me I’d be glad to help ya!

@Dave E.you got it. Zillow paid way too much for homes and pretty much has boneheads running this division. That’s why there letting go 2000 people and getting out of the flipping business. Huge losses.

@Amey Phatale Hello Everyone! …when you get a chance google Ivy Zelman. Ivy has her own firm on Wall

street and specializes in the home industry (Zelman and Associates). She’s one of the only ones that nailed the housing crash in the 2000’s. She’s a brilliant women and knows the industry inside out. Good reads and you will pick up so knowledge along the way.

Tamarac also has many over 55yo communities (HOPA) as well. May have restrictions on who to rent to, etc.
