That is why is so hard to become millionare, all kind of bussines have endless obstacles to reach your goal. Lol.

Once you get your first property , and deal with difficult tenants, repairs, contractors, etc , you wont be rushing to get properties that werent a good deal from the beggining.

With so many companies and individuals chasing this kind of deals, do you think leave space for a profit? Id like opinion from more experienced folks.

Yes thats my plan, its exhausting to be chasing people every month and hearing all kind of weird stories.

I wish my tenant do that for yesterday, he is always late on rent with hundreds of excuses to delay payment, you are a lucky man.

A lot, especially if is long distance.

Now i know , why,  you see some gas stations selling for almost nothing; Good to learn here.

Its like having your girlfriend living one thousand miles away from you, the chances of sucess on this venture, are maybe double o triple if she lives , just  10 miles away. Just my opinion.

Mixed feelings, since many people own properties, dont want them to go down on price, but deep inside want to buy cheap, i think its a 50 50 chance, that either one happens , i want to hear predictions from wizards.

Think very well before investing long distance, i live in Nj and own a condo in Palm beach; Its not easy to deal with tenants, repair, agents etc etc
