@Jason D. When I am going through the home Would you suggest finding a contract to go with me or just take pictures and use that to help estimate repair costs?

I’m an going to my first meeting to speak with a motivated seller tomorrow. Should I have an Assignment Contract / purchase agreement with me in hand if I am hoping to wholesale this deal to a buyer.

@Rick Pozos I don’t get off work until7 on Wednesday’s, and it’s about a 20 minute commute from my job to there. So I’d be Arriving 20 to 30 minutes after starting timer is that ok?

I am looking to join any local REI groups here in San Antonio Texas pls message me with any information you may have.

 I have two Partners along with myself. That are Interested buying a Multifamily (Duplex, Triplex, or 4-Plex) Rental Property in the San Antonio or Austin area to invest in. We are new to this and honestly just aren't too sure where to start.  I’d like to ask for advice on how to start the process, as well as insight to the Market period.

2 Friends and I are looking to possibly house hack a Multifamily 4-plex. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
