If i had someone on the ground that i trusted that also has no experience in investing, would that work? just someone i could pay to help me out by going and checking out houses? I will search for virtual wholesaling though and get some advice on it.

I will be moving around over the next year. First ill be moving to california for 8 months or less and after that ill be moving to Colorado Springs. How hard is it to do generate leads, secure a house, find buyers, and close out deals from a distance. Im sure i could generate leads and make calls from a distance, but im worried about closing day if im assigning a buyer to buy the sellers home and making a wholesale fee, would i be able to do that whole process from a distance. Im hoping to start generating momentum in the area while im away so that when i come back I have a network base already built up.
