I've used a person by the name of John Kerrigan here in north Wilmington.  He is great and found a hairline crack in a heating unit that no one else would have found.  Got me a new heater before the purchase of my primary.  Msg me if you want his info.

 Charles if you ever have any underwriting questions I would be happy to help.  I have been a mortgage underwriter for about 10 years now.

Also keep in mind if you do create a LLC and purchase the property under the LLC name you most likely will not be able to get conventional funding

Hey everybody. Sorry I didnt respond sooner but things got a little hectic at home and I havent been able to get caught up here. I unfortunately am unable to make it this weekend now due to some family issues. I am hoping to still put together a meet up within the next few weeks. Please let me know of times and locations that would work best for you all. I'm thinking we will go back to Wilmington this time and shoot for another noon meet up on a Saturday.

Hey everybody it looks like it is getting close to that time again to start planning the next meet up.  Last time we met in Newark and had a great turnout.  So my two questions are #1 Do you want to meet in Wilmington or Newark this time? #2  Are there any dates/times that would work best in April?  I was thinking April 9th around noonish again.  Please let me know your thoughts and if you haven't sent me your contact info yet and are interested in attending please do so.  Talk to you all soon!
