Hi all.  Sorry i have been MIA.  Had some things pop up that sapped a good bit of my resources so I have been taking a bit of a break.  If someone else wants to take the reigns in setting up meetings I wouldnt be bothered or offended in any way.  Moving forward I would gladly put something together again if people want me to do it.  Please just let me know what you all think.  Thanks

Hi Everybody.  I am looking to have a bay window replaced in my primary home and I am wondering if people have had any experience or recommendations for something like this.  We originally went with a basic contractor and he was a nightmare so we have decided to move on and try somebody else.  The Andersen product seemed pretty attractive but it also seems expensive (About $10K).  The Andersen rep also was making me think twice about the Pella windows by saying moisture gets inside of them and the wood rots from the inside out.  Now I'm not sure what to do.  Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

 Hi Mindy,

I know you had tried to help me with this before and there for a while I stopped getting them but I am now getting them again.  The problem is when i try to look him up by Jon F. as reflected on his profile I cant find him as an option to ignore.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!

How do I block people that spam info I'm not interested in in the Market Place? I get the same email and notification every other day for something I am not interested in in the slightest. The persons name is Jon F from Capital Three Sixty LLC. Any help making it so I will never see his posts again would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Yeah I'm firing them today but now my concern is dealing with the aftermath and this sash cord and if it is even necessary

Hello BP members.  I am hoping someone can help me out here.  We hired a nightmare contractor to work on some rehabbing and while they were in the house they mangled one of the window sash cords on one of the windows.  So I asked them to come back and fix it and this morning they come over to the house, cut the cord and say it isnt needed because it has one on the other side and leave.  I unfortunately dont know anything about windows but I am thinking if it wasnt needed it wouldnt have been there in the first place.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Hello my name is Mersades Hall. I am new to the wholesale industry. Currently I have been searching low and high for the best people to put on my team. We have a lot of property in Delaware and my goal is to get every investor what they are looking for. One of the things I'm most excited about is getting to know others in the field. While building a life long business partnership.

Welcome Mersades.  I am interested in properties in northern DE.  I'd prefer multi-family but if the numbers are right I'm not picky.
