Wow, @George Despotopoulos, that is tremendously helpful and useful information. I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my inquiry and offering your knowledge and insight.

As far as the type of deal, I do not currently have one specific property or strategy that I am looking at, however with my background and goals, I'm leaning heavily towards fix and flip's and/or BRRRR properties. In the future, I intend to hold large multi family properties, but plan to use the aforementioned routes as a means to help get me there.

The purpose of the meeting tomorrow is to find out exactly where I stand and at what price point I should and could start looking at. That being said, I don't imagine it would be a mistake for me to go into the meeting tomorrow without a particular property in mind yet, correct? What are your thoughts on that?

I'm new to investing and am looking to make my first deal here within the next few months. I'm meeting with a portfolio lender this Friday and am looking for advice on what types of questions I should consider asking as well as what I should expect to be asked.. As I mentioned, I'm yet to make my first deal and don't want to come off as under or uneducated, preparing myself as much as possible prior to the meeting.

I am in the process of getting my real estate license and am curious as to what the consensus may be on what skill set, as either a buyers agent or sellers agent, my lend itself better to investing in general. I'm sure there is not a clear cut answer, but what pros and cons may there be to choosing one path as an agent vs the other.

Great, thank you. I'd imagine then that some of the variances would be more subtle then as in any extra resources or offers provided. I've done some preliminary research so far, but literally only just started last night. Figured I'd reach out and see what input I could get so I didn't waste any time unnecessarily.

I'm looking to obtain my real estate license through an online course. I'm looking for insight on not only taking the course online, but also if there is any reason to go with one licensing school vs. another. Thanks in advance.

I appreciate the blunt response. I have since opened an account with a community bank that seems like it should be a good fit for me and potentially do well to serve me in the future.

Having recently relocated to a new area,  they do not have the same bank that I used prior to moving. Being new to the world of investing and looking towards the future.. I'm not sure which type of bank or what types of things I should be looking at for a personal account in order to potentially set me up for greater success in the future when it does come time to seek financing when the time comes. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
