After several weeks of listening to back logged podcast episodes from since the beginning and after having created an account here on the blog, it's time to take action.. So, here goes.

I'm a carpenter and firefighter/emt by trade looking to break into the world of real estate investing. I intend to not only build for myself a portfolio of cash flowing properties but also to put my background in construction to use in potentially fixing and flipping as well. I am yet to purchase either an investment property of either type nor a primary residence of my own. I undoubtedly have a lot to learn and a long road ahead of me, but I more than look forward to it.
