I'm in the process of having my tenants switch from mailing checks each month to using Sparkrent, based on feedback I've read on other posts around BP as well.

Hey @Brandon Locke welcome to BP! In addition to "The Book on Flipping Houses" which @Jesse O. mentioned, I recommend searching the forums and the blogs for posts on flipping. There are hundreds of posts filled with great information throughout the site.

I have a 4 bed/2 bath property in Trenton, NJ with property taxes just under $4,100. You could take the train from Trenton to NYC, but then you'd still be living in Trenton.
