Dhane Crowley I've read the Ultimate Beginners Guide once, and am in the process of reading through it again, and my confidence is building.

I'm thinking about getting started in the Central NJ area with Multi-family homes with a buy and hold strategy.

Maureen Hannan Thanks for the support! I just purchased a few books to help me get started. Are there any you are reading that you might recommend?

Gil Lieblich I think it may be a bit early to start putting a team together (I'm still in the education phase), but will definitely reach out when I'm ready to discuss. I would, however, be interested in discussing your take on investing in this area - with the high taxes, I'm expecting it to be tough to find a property with enough positive cash flow.

Hi there!

I'm just beginning my journey with Real Estate. I've read a bunch of the blogs and forums here, and I feel like my eyes have finally opened! I'm working on a plan, establishing my goals, and reading as much as I can.

I'm located in Middlesex County, NJ and plan to invest in this area. I believe I'll be focusing on multi-family properties with a buy and hold strategy.

I'm looking forward to interacting with and learning from all of you.
