wow great post.. I'm from new York but having trouble looking for areas to invest in. I wouldn't want to be to far so I was looking into new Jersey, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

I started out very early in construction my self. Now a days still love landscaping my projects. Old habits , some times just stay with us.
