hello everyone. I've been reading around and this is an amazing community. I love everyone's attitude and the ideas are fascinating. I'm a 24 year old construction worker that's very interested in flipping homes. I'm from new York city but won't be flipping anything here. I'll be learning and asking questions for now and will document my first flip on this awesome site. Can't wait!
