Hey ya'll, I'm currently in talks with a seller in Houston about a land he has and just wondering if there are any buyers on here that are in that market and how much they buy land for, there was 2 comps and the latest one went for 93k.

Hello, I have a potential seller but the problem that I ran into was that there is no water or sewage. Should this be a red flag or is there buyers out there who will still buy these?

@Alex G. So properties that are in poor shape, tall grass, bordered up in a great neighborhood that have the comps to back up the ARV. And for favorable, either enough to pay off their existing loan(if there is a mortgage) especially if they've been through a financial hardship. Or take the weight off a home that was left to them that they don't have the time to take care of it. Gotta look for a win win situation for both sides.
