We're planning on doing some pre marketing with our company sign/number in yard before we are ready to list as well as having a spec sheet what property will feature. Also plan on posting on craigslist before to see if any investors might be interested before we sell to public. Calling realtors you have a relationship with, e mail blasts to realtors with " coming in 30 days " heads up...

You guys are amazing, thank you so much for your very helpful and detailed posts! I agree with you for all that's involved it is a decent price so we'll probably go with it! Now if only this weather would cooperate a little more...brrrr...spring can't come soon enough! Welcome back to sub freezing temps and an overabundance of snow, J ; ) Missing Atlanta yet? Lol... I could sure use a little warmth right now!

The homes about 1500 square feet with about a quarter of it with wallpaper and light to moderate wall repair. There is moldings, some rooms have chair rail and crown. All have to be painted. It is for a flip and the crews we got bids from also do sheetrock as well as painting. The lowest bid we got was for $2500 which doesn't include paint, we still have another coming in so we shall see....It's for a flip. Thx.
