Our casual meet up will be the last Saturday of the month at 2:30 pm. Come join us for some great conversation, good drinks, and yummy food. All real estate investors or those interested in investing are welcome! We'll be at the end of the patio by the bar. 

We officially have a name now: The True Real Estate Meet Up. Our May meeting is on a Friday night so all those who are busy on Saturdays afternoons can hopefully come. The Windmill Food Hall in Carlsbad is perfect as there is something for everyone there and lots of open space. 

As always, it's a relaxed event that's perfect for meeting new people, asking great questions, and getting cool ideas all about real estate, investing, finances, and life goals. Come get some food and drink and meet a few local like minded people. All levels of experience are welcome.

Hi DeAnn, 

A headcount is great, but it's a casual come and go as you please kind of event, so it's not necessary. I try to get a spot in the back by the fireplace if possible. I'll have a little sign for our group. See you soon! 

@Bill Kenshur - We'll be meeting again 12/12 somewhere in Carlsbad. @Joe Gummerson I'm actually moving this to the Barrel Republic on State St in Carlsbad, just a couple blocks from the beach.
