Thanks @Daniel Godbout! I'll be making the event here and on FB this weekend. @Ahmed Megahed the next meet up is Friday the 28th of January at 5:30. Location will likely be Booze Bros in Vista. 

Short notice and all, but Ugly Christmas Sweaters are encouraged! 

We're celebrating the holidays with one meet up in between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and then we'll be back on track in January. For this event we'll be at Booze Bros in Vista, in the back patio of the Wood Shed. The Pizza Bros staff know we're coming, too, so bring your appetites. Live musics starts at the venue at 7:30, so feel free to check that out as well as our real estate chat.

We'll be having good food and drinks and doing all the real estate talking we can. All levels of real estate professional/investor are welcome! Bring questions, ideas, goals, and friends.

Hey everyone,

Our next casual happy hour in Carlsbad is set for Saturday the 21st at 2:45 at the Windmill Food Hall. Last time we had a really cool mix of investors, both those with lots of varied experience and those who are in the early stages. @Daniel Godbout and I will be at the long tables by the bar and the patio or (if that's full) in the back "Library" area. 

Unlike some more formal networking events, our event is geared around great conversations and genuine connections. Whatever your questions are, someone is sure to have some kind of answer. That's the beauty of it. 

The Food Hall is a family friendly atmosphere with something for everyone, so we look forward to seeing old friends and new faces on the 21st.

Thanks so much for all your help, @Daniel Godbout! These monthly get togethers are a highlight of my (almost nonexistent) social calendar. I hope lots of people can make it and get some ideas, encouragement, and knowledge from other investors.
