Hi Shefali,

If you haven't looked into Cleveland yet, it is definitely worth your time! There are plenty of great cash flowing areas in Cleveland and the suburbs. I suggest looking at areas like the west side of Cleveland and suburbs such as Euclid, Maple and Garfield Hts, Lakewood, Parma, etc. If you would like to know more about the do's and don'ts in the Cleveland area, I would be happy to share some knowledge and resources.

As most people mentioned, there isn't a large difference between a 2 and 4, but I would agree that it could be better to just start with a duplex until stabilizing if it is your first deal. Also note that it is VERY important when investing from afar to have a good team in place to be your boots on the ground. I would be happy to chat!

Depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for a good rent to price ratio that will create good cashflow, I would suggest areas like the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Jefferson, Cudell, Clark Fulton, Old Brooklyn, Edgewater, and Brooklyn Centre. Also, Bedford, Garfield Hts, Maple Hts, Etc., all can be great as well.
