Ohio in general is just a great place to invest and has been for a while! That article also ranks Cleveland and Columbus in the top 10 as well. That's 3 Ohio cities in the top 10. I am based out of Cleveland, if you ever need advice on the area, I would be happy to help. There is a plethora of great investments here!

As others have mentioned, it has great cash flow, and there are many great areas to invest in here. Also, Cleveland is predicted to be one of the top 10 hottest markets in 2024 according to Zillow. I would be happy to help with any questions you have about the area!

Zillow just came out with predictions for the top 10 hottest markets in 2024. 3 of those cities - Cincinatti, Columbus, and Cleveland - are in Ohio. I am with a property management company in Cleveland and can attest that Cleveland is a great city to invest in, especially if you have a great team with boots on the ground to help guide you to success.

Hi Zachary! If you are looking for great cities in Cleveland to invest in MF, I would check out Euclid and/or Garfield. South Euclid and and Maple Hts are great for SFH. Investors have found great success in those cities. If you would like more suggestions, feel free to reach out, I would be happy to help!

I am with one of the largest property management companies in the Cleveland area and below are our biggest markets our investors find great success in. I have included the approximate rental prices for each of the cities as well. 

• Euclid: Multifamily 700-1,000 , Single's go from 900-1400

• Maple Hts: Single 900-1250

• Garfield: Multi 650-1000 , Single 950-1300

• Parma: Single 950-1500

• South Euclid: All singles 1000-1400
