Have you considered buying raw land doing a solar farm, cell phone towers, or micro grid. Just a thought. These tasks once set up, don't have to be maintained, moved, or blatantly do anything with them. I'm a land lover, I own 1200 acres and am also becoming a developer.  I like to think outside if the box with raw land. Hope this helps.

Hi, thank you, yes solar/wind farming would be interesting; do you know if originating and selling carbon credits is actually feasible?

Greetings from Container Land,

We currently have a need for gap funding on a 1060 container mixed use build in Temple, Texas. We have an foreign bank LOI for 152M, but need 25% to the table, not necessarily liquid in the amount of 52.5M

The project consists of 1060 units 600 which are for sale, 400 for rent, and 60 retail. This build, if minimal permitting challenges, can be build in less than w years via prefabricated units build in our GA factory set to open next month. A site has been identified, off market, with it going under contract upon funding completion.

I would be happy to send the deck for this project along with construction proforma/budget to those who dont mind sending and NDA because of our funders.

I can be reached on here with any insight. Thanks

I live in Macon, and have lived literally on all sides. Ga's or atleast, Macon's safety issue is no different from my roots of Philadelphia and crime is higher, but nothing I have not seen. It is much cheaper here. If you need any help let me know.
